For municipalities

We survey the hospitality sector in your municipality on site โ€” venue by venue, by the same criteria as everywhere else on Endlech.lu. In the end you know where your municipality stands, and your residents can see it too.

What the survey covers

  • A visit to every participating venue, together with people who rely on accessibility themselves.
  • Recording against the public criteria: entrance, toilet, lighting, assistance dogs, changing table, disabled parking.
  • Photos and measurements wherever they matter for the assessment.
  • Notes on which barriers can be removed with little effort and which are structural.

What you receive

Public map

Every surveyed venue in your municipality on Endlech.lu โ€” freely accessible to everyone.

Written report

Prepared for the council: starting position, findings, recommended actions.

Presentation

We present the results in person to the council or a committee.

How long it takes

From commission to report takes eight to sixteen weeks, depending on the number of venues. We schedule the visits themselves into a few consecutive weeks, so the results stay comparable.

You are paying for the survey, not for the outcome.

This is not a formality but the heart of the matter: we do not promise that your municipality will score well. The figures are what they are, and they get published โ€” even when they are uncomfortable. A result you could buy would be worthless to your residents.

The legal background

The law of 7 January 2022 on the accessibility of places open to the public also applies to existing restaurants; for them the deadline runs until 1 January 2032. A survey shows you early how many businesses in your municipality are affected.

General information, not legal advice.

The price depends on the number of venues and is quoted individually. Tell us roughly how many businesses you have โ€” you will get a concrete offer.

The same for all three

Ratings are not for sale.

Whether municipality, sponsor or advisory board member: nobody can influence the rating of a restaurant. That applies without exception and without discretion.

  • Accessibility data, scores and rankings are free, public and identical for all restaurants โ€” regardless of whether anyone paid for the survey.
  • A municipality that commissions a survey gets the figures that come out of it. No business is favoured because the municipality pays.
  • Sponsors and advisory board members have no access to individual ratings and cannot have an entry changed.
